Eleuthera Business Hub

The Eleuthera Chamber of Commerce (ECC) consists of a community of business owners who are committed to the development of the island of Eleuthera.

 

It is with this commitment in mind that the ECC is about to embark on creating the first of three Business Hubs on the island, which we hope with attract local, national and international business owner.

 

The first hub, which is located in the Market Place Shopping Center, Rock Sound, offers just under 5,000 square feet of completely remodeled space with a modern, industrial design.

Collaboration

The ECC Innovation Hub will be the ideal space to nurture ideas. is our hope that it will create an open, welcoming space that invites people to talk, tinker and linger.

 

Whether at one of the shared open desks, or while attending an ECC event in our training room; we want to get people thinking and talking about business ideas.

The Eleuthera Business Hub seeks to break business owners out of their silos by fostering an environment of meaningful collaboration that brings value to all stakeholders.

Persons interested in securing a space at the Business Hub will have various options. Note that all fees include utility charges.

Private Office

This private space can be used as an office or showroom. It can be rented on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.​

  • 6 half-day Conference Room credits per month

Open Desk

​

Those who plan to utilize the Business Hub consistently (but would not like to invest in a private space) can pay a monthly rate and secure a reserved desk.​

  • 3 half-day Conference Room credits per month

One Day Pass

​

This is a convenient option for those just needing a workspace for the day.​

​

Boardroom/Conference Room

 

A convenient option for those seeking to hold a meeting with 8 persons or fewer and can be booked for the day or half the day.​

  • Access to high-speed internet and information technology

  • Boardroom style layout

​

Training Room

​

Ideal space for training sessions and larger events.​

​

  • Access to high-speed internet and information technology

  • Set up of the room can vary, subject to requirements
