ECC Job Opportunities: Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

The Eleuthera Chamber of Commerce (ECC) is seeking to employ a (part time) Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Eleuthera Business hub located Rock Sound, Eleuthera.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This part-time position requires outstanding customer service skills and strong administrative skills. This person is responsible for assisting with the day to day operation of the facility and providing administrative support to the ECC Board and the facility’s tenants. This will include receptionist services, managing traffic, ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared for various bookings, checking in guests attending events at the facility, basic administrative and bookkeeping duties, and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ECC is looking for self-starters who are organized, flexible and creative. A high degree of attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and interact effectively with a variety of people are essential.

A high school diploma and one year of clerical experience in office setting is required; proficiency with MS Office products also required and Quickbooks experience preferred.
