Job Opportunities: Admin Coordinator

The Eleuthera Chamber of Commerce (ECC) is seeking to employ a (part-time) Administrative Coordinator to coordinate the daily operations of its new facility located at The Market Place, Rock Sound, Eleuthera.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This part-time position requires strong organizational and workload prioritization skills and outstanding customer service skills. This person is responsible for managing the day to day operation of the facility and providing administrative support to the ECC Board and the facility’s tenants. This will include receptionist services, managing traffic, ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared for various bookings, checking in guests attending events at the facility, and basic administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS: The ECC is looking for a self-starter who is organized, flexible and creative. A high degree of attention to detail; the willingness to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people are essential. A high school diploma and one year of clerical experience in an office setting is required; proficiency with MS Office products also required and Quickbooks experience preferred.
